We may collect and store any information you provide and share using the service. This way, we fulfill the functionality of the application, allowing your data to be saved (so you don't have to rewrite with each new service), personalizing your experience according to your preferences.

I. When you log in to our application using your Google account, we may collect the following information:
 Name: We use your name to personalize your experience in the application.
 Email Address: We use your email address for authentication and communication purposes.
II. The information collected is used to: Authenticate and allow access to your account in the application. Personalize your experience within the application. Manage Google My Business locations, allowing you to view and manage your business information directly in our application.

i. Information such as your name, email, phone and ID number will be requested to ensure security within the application. Other information may be added later, making your experience more complete, such as photos, date of birth (imagine receiving a discount coupon on your birthday!). Your name and photo will appear publicly, allowing your friends to find you.

ii. Other non-personal information may be obtained (age, language, ZIP code, individual preferences, etc.), which help us personalize your experience. Information shared by the user on social media, for example, may be collected and stored. In account settings it will be possible to change the privacy of some information.

iii. The information collected and stored will not be used inappropriately or sold to third parties. They are used so that the user experiences all the functionalities of the application and related media, obtaining a personalized experience according to their tastes.

iv. Some information may be passed to third parties, as long as they solely fulfill the purpose of maintaining the functionality of the application (passing your name and phone to the establishment where you requested an appointment, for example). They may be used also to determine and/or improve marketing strategies.

v. Information may also be passed to third parties when required by law (suspicion of crimes, legal obligations, etc.)

vi. Usage information such as reviews, comments, check-ins, etc., will be published publicly according to user preferences. In account settings it is possible to determine what information will be shared and with whom it will be shared.

vii. It is possible to invite other people to use Prit, to be part of your network of friends and much more! For this, you offer us your contact information and allow us to access your phone's contact list, social media, etc. This information is transferred to our servers for enough time to process your invitations and add them to your list.

i. The Prit application and related media may use technologies such as cookies, web beacons and pixel tags. These tools help us better understand user behavior, storing information such as device the user is using, IP, platform, operating system, which pages the user visited, etc. All this information is used to improve your navigation through the application, personalizing your experience and making sure you always receive the information that best fits your profile.

ii. The user can block certain cookies, according to the platform used. However, it is important to note that this blocking may interfere with the experience, making some functionalities impaired. Defects or possible failures originating from the user's blocking of these technologies are entirely the user's responsibility.

i. Your information collected and stored is protected through technical and organizational security measures against loss, accidental destruction, illegal destruction, distribution, unauthorized access and alteration. However, no method is 100% free of failures, and although we use the most reliable technology on the market, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

i. The application and its related media are directed to the general public, not being recommended for minors under 16 years. In general, it is important that children and adolescents under 18 always have the supervision of parents or responsible adults when using digital media.

i. We are constantly improving the Privacy Policy to ensure the best user experience in a personalized and secure way. Some changes may happen, and will be indicated through notifications. By continuing to use the service after the changes, you agree to the terms expressed therein.
